Magnetic Properties Guarantee

All Ecoflow magnets are manufactured to an extremely high quality and specification, enabling us to provide a lifetime guarantee on the magnetic properties.

Faulty Parts Guarantee

Subject to normal conditions of use all Bioflow products also carry a 12 month guarantee against faulty parts or workmanship. This does not affect your statutory rights. All Motoflow, Thermoflow, and H2flow products carry a 10 guarantee against faulty parts or workmanship.

Performance Guarantee

All Bioflow, Biophone and Bioguard products carry a 90 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with their performance for any reason you may claim a refund (excl. shipping charges), less a 15% reduction to cover refurbishment and administration.

All Motoflow, Thermoflow, and H2flow products carry the same 90 day money back guarantee but without the 15% reduction. 100% of the price you paid will be refunded (excl. shipping charges).

Nutriflow products, being consumables, are excluded from the money back offer.

Mail Order Guarantee

If you order products and on receipt are not satisfied, you can return them to us providing they are unused, or in the case of Nutriflow, unopened, within 7 days for a full refund. Any returned products must be accompanied by valid receipt information, and be undamaged and with all accompanying packaging.

Bioflow Upgrades and Exchanges

If you wish to exhange or upgrade your Bioflow, Biophone or Bioguard product you will be credited 50% of the original price of your product towards a product of the same or higher price. There is no time limit on this scheme. You must have the receipt to upgrade or exchange products.
