Bioflow Loyalty Scheme

If you wish to exchange your Bioflow bracelet, Biophone or Bioguard for a product with the same value or higher, simply return the product to us with proof of purchase, and details of your required product and we will credit you 50% of the original purchase price towards your replacement or upgrade.

You can exchange your Bioflow, Biophone or Bioguard at any time, but if the product is broken, check your receipt to see if you are within the 12 month guarantee period for faulty parts and workmanship. If it is, you will qualify for a free replacement.

Please note, we are unable to offer to replace any products that have been lost and all products must be returned with valid proof of purchase.
