Delivery Times

Although we aim to get goods to you within 5 days, we are not responsible for delays once goods are shipped. Please allow 14 days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipment due to stock levels we endeavour to inform the customer via email of the estimated delay.

Delivery Methods

All orders are sent by recorded delivery or Airmail. We accept no personal liability due to loss or damage of goods in transit. Each order despatched is carefully packed. In the unfortunate event that any damages occur during transit, please notify us immediately either by email or telephone and also in writing within 7 days.

Payment Terms

100% payment upon completion of order. We accept payment by cheque, Visa, MasterCard and UK debit cards.

Prices on the website are correct to the best of our knowledge, but we accept no liability for errors in pricing. If an order is received which is priced incorrectly due to an error, we will contact the customer and reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customers credit or debit card for the amount paid.

We reserve the right to decline an order if we suspect the credit or debit card is invalid, stolen or fraudulent in any way.

4. From time to time product designs may change slightly, however, the quality will remain the same. We endeavour to keep descriptions and images on the website up to date, but for the latest official information, product images and prices please contact us.
